What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

To deliver an order we need your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. We also keep a record of what you ordered and when.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI PINs and net-banking credentials are entered on their secure page and are never seen or stored by us. We only receive a payment reference and the amount.

To send occasional offers — only if you subscribed, and you can stop any time.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the courier and the payment gateway, and only the minimum they need to do their job.
Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. We use basic analytics to understand which pages people find useful. You can clear both at any time from your browser settings.
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We keep order records for the period Indian tax law requires, and remove the rest.
