How and when your ghee reaches you.

Orders placed before 4 PM are packed and handed to the courier the same working day. Orders after 4 PM, on Sundays or on public holidays go out the next working day.
North India (Haryana, Punjab, Delhi NCR, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, UP): 2–3 working days.
Rest of India: 4–6 working days.
Remote pincodes and the North East may take 7–9 working days.
Delivery is free on every order above ₹999.
Below that, a flat ₹79 applies.
Cash on delivery carries an additional ₹249 handling charge, which covers the courier's COD fee.
You get a tracking link on WhatsApp and email as soon as the courier scans your parcel. If the link has not arrived within 48 hours of ordering, message us and we will chase it.
Every jar is sealed, wrapped in bubble sheet and packed in a corrugated carton with corner protection. Ghee does not need cold-chain shipping, so no ice packs are used.
Damaged, leaking or missing items are replaced free of cost. See our returns and refunds policy for how to raise it.
