In Case of Damaged Product

- 2 clear images of damaged product
Only the affected product will be replaced in case of multiple shipments.
Email response within 24–48 hours.
In Case of Missing Product
Notify within 5 days from delivery date via email at support@gausuchfarms.com

- 2 clear images of opened box with all items received
Refund requests cannot be accepted. Missing product will be re-sent promptly.

In Case of Spoiled Product

- Clear images or video of product
Returns due to natural variations in taste, texture, colour or aroma cannot be accepted as our products are completely natural and handcrafted.
Replacement will be provided after due investigation to ensure a fair outcome.
