We take great care in packing and delivering every jar. However if you receive a damaged, missing or spoiled product — we're here to make it right. Please follow the steps below and our team will respond promptly.

Case 01 Damaged Product

Please note: Only the affected product will be replaced in case of multiple shipments.

Case 02 Missing Product

Please note: Refund requests cannot be accepted. The missing product will be re-sent to you promptly.

Case 03 Spoiled Product

Notify us within 10 days from delivery date via email at support@gausuchfarms.com

Clear images of product
Video of product (if possible)

Please note: Returns due to natural variations in taste, texture, colour or aroma cannot be accepted as our products are completely natural and handcrafted.

Resolution: Replacement will be provided after due investigation to ensure a fair outcome for both parties.
